THE CONCEPT
The wild,
by design.
Designed around the photography of Dr. Latika Nath.
Safari was made wild on purpose. The room was conceived and designed around the sensational wildlife photography of Dr. Latika Nath — among the world's foremost chroniclers of the tiger and the wild, and the first Indian woman to earn a doctorate on them.
Every frame on these walls is a portrait of a wild protagonist. The lighting was engineered for them — set to fall precisely on the eyes and the face of each animal, so that from any seat in the room a hundred wild gazes find yours.
You do not sit beside decoration here. You sit among leopards and tigers and elephants — lit as if they might, at any moment, turn and hold your eye.
